Mental Health has been an issue for eons, but it’s only more recently that employers are realizing that in order to support their teams, mental health must be front and center.

At Illuma Health we work with corporates and communities to develop employee mental health support programs that are tailored and proactive. We don’t want to give you a mental health band-aid. Our aim is to create a resourcing system that cares for and builds resilience in individuals and groups. When we cultivate a sense of connection, aliveness, expression, and curiosity, our mental health equalizes, and we are better equipped to enjoy life and respond to stressors when they arise.

Our programs are a combination of one-to-one mental health support, group workshops, and sharing sessions.

Tracking & Assessment – Get in front of mental health, not behind it

As part of our programs, we track your team’s mental health, wellbeing, and engagement so that we can continue to pivot to their needs and provide expert recommendations for ongoing support. You’ll receive regular reports with trends, insights, recommendations, and pivot strategy. By working proactively, you’ll maximize support and minimize reactive measures.

The process:

  1. Intake & Discovery

    Understand the dynamic of your workplace, the mental health trends that are surging, and clarify the intention of the program

  2. Program Development

    Tailor a program for your team that may include one-to-one mental health support, group workshops, sharing sessions, online videos, and self-inquiry prompts, and assessment tools

  3. Onboarding & initial assessment

    Employee registration, initial assessment, and baseline mental health reporting. In the case of one-one care, employees will be matched with a therapist who best suits their profile.

  4. Program Roll-out

    Over an agreed time, sessions will be given either on-site, at our Singapore-based clinic, or a designated ‘mental health support’ location.

  5. Self-tracking

    Through the course of the program, employees will be able to track their mental health session to session, week to week. Before and after each session, they will be asked to rate 3 main pillars of mental health and be able to see a clear path of transformation.

  6. Reporting

    Throughout the duration of the program, we will provide scheduled mental health reports that let you know how your team is tracking, covering engagement, trends, individual mental health development, and recommendations for special focus sessions or pivot strategy.
